The Operator Pain Points We Solve
Dry cleaners and coin laundry operators run on tight margins, and their economics are squeezed by the same four problems: customers can't drop off during business hours, staffing the counter is the largest single cost, lost or mismatched tickets erode trust, and 30-50% of finished orders sit waiting for pickup beyond closing time. Linqu's self-service laundry locker solution converts those four problems into a 24/7 channel that runs without additional staff.
This is not a parcel-locker rebrand. The hardware, software, and partner workflows are built specifically for service-business operators with cleaning workshops behind the storefront — single-store dry cleaners, multi-store coin laundry chains, supermarket-corner laundry partners, and outdoor community drop-off clusters.
Solution Overview — 24/7 Drop-Off + Pickup, Cloud Admin, Mobile Payment
The solution is hardware + software + payment, deployed as a turnkey package. The customer walks up to the locker, scans a QR code or opens your branded app, picks the service tier, pays, and the system opens an empty compartment. Your staff retrieve the bag at the next pickup window, clean it at your workshop, and place it back in the locker — the system sends an SMS pickup code and your customer collects whenever it's convenient.
The cloud admin gives you full visibility: live compartment status, daily volume by location, average turnaround time, partner billing reconciliation, and a customer-message log. Add new locker locations and reconfigure pricing in minutes from the browser.
Three Deployment Models
Different operators succeed with different deployment patterns. Pick the one that matches your real estate footprint and customer behavior.

Dedicated storefront cluster — locker mounted at the entrance of your existing shop; converts your current 9-to-6 store into 24/7 capacity overnight
Supermarket / convenience store partnership — locker placed at a partner retailer's entrance, you split revenue with the partner, customers do their grocery run + laundry drop-off in one trip
Outdoor community cluster — IP54 outdoor cabinet placed in apartment compounds, gated communities, or shopping plaza pickup lanes — fully unattended, customers never enter your store
Hardware Configurations
Linqu's modular design lets you mix compartments to your customer order profile. A single column holds 4-12 compartments and you can stack columns side by side. Switch between indoor and semi-outdoor cabinets without redesigning the system.
Compartment mix — small (sweaters, shirts), medium (suits, dresses), large (curtains, comforters, multi-bag orders)
Indoor / outdoor — IP54 outdoor option with rain hood, anti-rust powder coating rated for coastal humidity
Lock and screen — 100,000-cycle electronic deadbolt, 10-inch capacitive multilingual touchscreen, sponsor / brand idle display
Connectivity — WiFi default, 4G LTE option for stores with unstable internet, Ethernet uplink for indoor enterprise
Branding — full-panel vinyl wrap, custom screen UI, your logo on SMS templates and email receipts
Software & Workflow
Operators can run the solution with their existing customer touchpoints — there is no requirement for a custom app, although we provide one if you want it.
Customer-side — drop-off via QR scan + WeChat / mini-program / web; or via your branded iOS+Android app; SMS pickup code, no app needed
Staff-side — cleaning partner staff scan a badge to unlock all "ready for pickup" compartments in batch; clean shoes / clothes returned via the same UI
Payment — WeChat Pay, Alipay, Stripe, Square, custom gateway; pre-pay or post-pay with optional storage fee on overdue items
Notifications — SMS (default, 95% open within 5 min), email backup, WhatsApp for international markets
Operator ROI
Lockers pay for themselves through extended hours, reduced counter labor, and recovered after-close pickups. Conservative payback math:

Pickup volume — assume 8-15 pickups per compartment per month at maturity; a 24-compartment locker = 192-360 pickups/month
Cost per compartment — typically $200-400 amortized hardware cost per compartment, depending on configuration
Payback — service-business deployments typically pay back in 6-12 months; community outdoor clusters in 9-15 months
Co-marketing levers — supermarket partnership splits foot traffic; loyalty programs lift repeat rate; corporate dry cleaning contracts (offices, hospitals, hotels) lock in baseline volume
